Our trainings are developed for educators by educators. We use our skills and experience to create meaningful trainings to strengthen your teaching. Each training can be cultivated to fit your knowledge and needs. All our trainings are submitted to Center for Early Learning Professionals for center approval (RI only).

Bringing Them

Home Safely

The goal for this training is to strengthen school safety policies while building confidence and trust among educators. The course will analyze current emergency preparedness practices, including active shooter, and discuss how these policies will play out during a true emergency. It will also address prevention measures, mediation after an incident, and ways to talk about concerning events with young children (ages 3 – 8) and families.

A Little Mindfulness

This in-person training introduces mindfulness strategies that can be used to support your SEL instruction with young children (ages 2 – 6). The techniques are research based and will address compassion, self-regulation and being present. Built in time during the training to set up your classroom space for success! Let Nature In

When life gives you rain, jump in muddy puddles! In this training, we show you how to incorporate natural elements into your everyday instruction. Adding nature to your class can boost curiosity, lower stress levels, support physical and sensory needs, and bring an overall sense of enjoyment to learning!

Decoding Behavior

This training is designed to help teachers identify and analyze the causes of challenging behaviors. We will show you 3 tools you can use to track behaviors, with the intention that you’ll be able to identify causes and then create interventions to better support your students.

Virtual Trainings coming soon!

In an effort to make our trainings more accessible to educators, we will be adding Virtual Trainings to our site. You'll still receive the same content with a live trainer who can answer questions during the session, as well as have a chance to collaborate with other educators. We hope this adds flexibility to our trainings, and allows you to build your craft from the comfort of your home.
